Hallmark Business Connections

I currently work on a variety of UX design projects with the Hallmark Business Connections (HBC) team. One of my projects was to review, test, update and design new features for the card personalization process. I developed usability test plans, scheduled tests, analyzed results and reported feedback. Based on the feedback, I was able to suggest changes and additions that have been implemented over the past several months. I also transitioned the HBC style guide to a full design system in Adobe XD that I utilize for each project (Shop, Connect and Care).

I’ve been designing additional product personalization and design tools for internal and external use that are currently in development; so I’m not able to share at this time.

Hallmark Cards Now App

While working with Hallmark Cards, Inc., I was able to support the Hallmark Digital Team with production design for the Hallmark Cards Now App (currently in the App Store). I started by reviewing the app’s design system and a core Hallmark design system. The goal was to utilize the main design system as much as possible and establish styles for use across the app file. While applying these styles, organizing and renaming layers and updating user flows, I created new icons and many components (Figma). My personal goal was to make it easier for the team to make changes in the future. I also had the opportunity to prototype the account experience. ©Hallmark Cards, Inc.
